Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays, during National disasters, during sale periods and order overloads.
All deliveries are dispatched from Third Party Seller to, our warehouse, then inspected, packed and forwarded to You. In some cases, when an order is made through a third party payment provider or website, we await payment to clear before order is dispatched. In such cases delivery may sometimes extend to as long as 21 working days.
Our deliveries are managed by third party providers, namely Fastway Couriers, the Courier Guy, Courier Now, and or DSV. Standard delivery periods are 2 – 7 working days. The cost of delivery is free for orders above R1000 (with the exception of bulky items such as fridges; a Sales representative will contact you should your delivery be calculated wrongly in such case). We apply a standard flat fee of R100 on smaller items. We deliver to all parts of South Africa. Deliveries are effected on weekdays only. If you miss a delivery, the delivery will be re-attempted for up to 3 times after which it will be returned back to our warehouse (Note: If such happens, for it to be redelivered, might come at an extra cost to You).
Large Appliances, Beds, Outdoor & Sports Equipment come at a delivery charge of R300, while Large Items, DIY & Furniture are billed at R400.
